- WHITE SAGE: Used as a deep cleanser of energy to help transform any space. After opening all outside doors and windows, light your sage and gently walk the bundle through your space, allowing the smoke to reach all corners of the room. We practice this ritual every few weeks or whenever your space feels truly heavy.
- PALO SANTO: Use of Palo Santo creates a great daily ritual to help maintain the energy of your space. Similar to your sage cleanse, gently walk the stick through your environment. Again, allow the smoke to reach all corners of the room, including the center of the space.
- SELENITE: After completing your smudge cleanse, use your selenite wand to help set daily intentions for your space. Loosely place the wand in your hand while meditating on the energies and intentions you would like to bring forth.
