"Practicing self-care and self-love is anything but selfish. I like to connect with nature, meditate, practice box breathing, take baths, and use essential oils on my body and in my home. Aromatherapy is important to me so I incorporate this into my daily routine by using a diffuser, lighting candles, or burning Palo Santo. I also like to have crystals for energy in my living space (and even carry some with me)."
